Design and Construction of a Floor-Wall Reaction System

The University of Texas at Austin Civil Engineering Structures Research Laboratory design out, with the close cooperation of The Univeristy of Texas System Office of Facilities Planning and Construction, built a unique test facility through a grant sponsored by the RANN Division of the National Science Foundation. The Floor-Wall Reaction System was constructed to give researchers the ability to axial loads.
