Michelle Damvar received a 2016 CAEE Staff Excellence Award which is presented to staff members who have distinguished themselves and contributed significantly to the CAEE department's teaching, advising, mentoring, and/or research efforts. FSEL faculty nominated Michelle for this award because of her "exceptional and meritorious service to the Ferguson Laboratory. Her dedication to the laboratory is clear in her daily interactions with students, faculty, and staff." Michelle received the award at the CAEE Spring Banquet on Thursday, April 14th.
